  1. I am a counselor who works with kids/teens with ADHD. I have developed a plastic homework folder which has 2 pockets (One on left, and one on right). First one is for homework TO DO, and second one is for homework DONE. It should be only “One” folder for “ALL” subjects, and is always with the child/teen (ie not left in locker). There is also a List on the “to do” side where all homework is written out on a single line and numbered: 1),2),3) etc. Teens and preteens would also write computer assignments here as well as other types of assignments, and they are checked off as they are completed and put in the right hand pocket. Folder immediately goes into book bag upon completion at home, and book bag goes right next to front door. Of course all these habits need to be practiced and reinforced for it to be effective, but it is simple and can work if made into a routine!

    1. Hello Snyderr.

That’s interesting. I was looking to use Cognitive Connections, 360 thinking organizational system. Can you send a picture with an example of your folder? Thanks.
