A Deceptively Simple System for Getting More Done with ADHD

  1. Hello! I am also someone diagnosed with ADHD and I struggle with staying dedicated to a hobby for a long time, unless it’s only given to me in a limited quantity (for example, I’ve been playing Overwatch for many years, but it was only because I used to only be able to play it every other weekend.) I am now an adult and have no such limits, and also do not have enough self-control TO limit myself. How do I stay interested in a hobby? I switch hobbies like once a month. Should I embrace it as a way to say that I’ve tried and experienced a lot? Thanks.
