Kate Moryoussef is a UK-based wellbeing and lifestyle coach for ADHD women, host of The ADHD Women's Wellbeing Podcast, and mom to four kids.
She's passionate about helping people rediscover their confidence, wellbeing, creativity and clarity while tapping into their expansive potential that may have been sat dormant for a long time. By using Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) she enables her clients to recognize what's been holding them back and guides them to trust their inner connection and wisdom that's been there all along.
