I have adult adhd (age 57) and strongly disagree with your recommendation of fish and fish oil consumption. I am vegan and since going vegan in 2016, my adhd has gotten better. While traditional ADHD medications have not worked for me I take Omega-3 Flax Seed oil and that works just as good, if not better than fish oil. I exercise vigorously daily and that has been amazing. I am able to do things that involve concentration and problem solving that I have never been able to do before.I strongly suggest choosing a kind, animal friendly and environmentally friendly approach to treating ADHD.
But what do you do if your child gets nauseated and currents if it takes breakfast early, my kids start school 8am. My oldest son had to be sent home in his first year because he cornier his breakfast out. I forced him sende I learned skipping breakfast is bad. I stopped forcing him he did not vormit at school again.
Now, at secondary school, they are taking a little chocolate bar so that they can take their medication.
That works for not. But not always without stomach ache.
Skipping breakfast I think had something to do with the circadian circle which is delayed in many add/Adhd autistic people. Then the stomach is still in sleep or night mode so it Benoit take food.
