At ADDitude, you can trust that the information we provide is medically reviewed, unbiased, and backed by scientific evidence.

ADDitude creates original content with reference generally to the following criteria:
Relevance & Impact – Issues that could affect how you manage your own health and that of your family. Topics include new research regarding ADHD and its comorbid conditions; expert advice on recognizing and/or managing symptoms; and new treatment insights or opportunities.
Trends – Seasonal interests, such as “Back-to-School Preparation” and “ADHD Awareness Month;” public health awareness, such as “Women’s Health Month;” and emerging health trends, such as the latest in nutrition, fitness, disease prevention, healthy living, alternative approaches, and much more.
Personal Stories – We strive to help ADDitude readers feel less alone by publishing the real-life stories of individuals and families living with ADHD and its comorbid conditions.
